eBay Catalog Update Includes Digital Picture Frames
Written on Apr 10, 2009 by Brian and filed under News
eBay has just made it much easier to sell digital picture frames through their marketplace. In an update to their catalog database, they’ve added roughly a few hundred digital frames to their database which will make it much easier to list these products for sale.
When sellers go to list a supported frame for sale, eBay can automatically fill in product details and a stock photo. This not only makes it easier to list products but it gives these auctions more exposure by standardizing the data for shopping search engines and other third party services that use eBay’s data.
eBay didn’t break out how many frames they’ll support or which brands, but it’s probably safe to assume the major players like Kodak, Sony and HP will be well represented.
